Nashville, TN - Members of the Vespa Club of Nashville are being hailed as heroes this weekend after helping over 150 stranded motorists during Thursday's snowstorm.
Vespa Club President Chris Tine told reporters, "Our mission is and has always been to help others with these powerful machines. It was definitely a group effort."
The little-known scooter club only has 43 official members, but each worked tirelessly to help as many drivers as possible.
They hope to celebrate the accomplishment at their next meeting, scheduled in February at a local Chili's.
