RiverGate Mall threatens to reopen May 11

Goodlettsville, TN - According to reports, the RiverGate Mall in Goodlettsville, TN has threatened to reopen for business on Monday, May 11.

The Inquisitor reached out to multiple sources to verify the report and can confirm that the warning should be taken seriously. The 48-year-old mall is scheduled to reopen at 11 a.m on Monday unless Mayor Cooper comes through with an eleventh-hour extension of Nashville's Safer at Home Order.

Reactions to the news have been mixed. One local man asked, "Why would they reopen now after being closed for so many years?"

Another woman said, "I think it's wonderful. I'm going to Sears first thing on Monday!"

Aside from Sears, it is unclear what stores will reopen next week, but rumors suggest Camelot Music, Merry Go Round, and Glamour Shots will not return until mid-summer at the earliest.
