Nashville, TN - Nashville native Jacob Johnson posted a desperate plea on Facebook Monday morning asking friends and family to stay safe after nearly 2" of snow blanketed Music City.
"Please don't leave home unless you absolutely have to," Johnson began. "And please don't worry about me. I've got plenty of rations of eggs and bread. And if these 30 gallons of milk can last until the snow thaws, I should make it out ok."
To emphasize the dangers, Johnson cautiously walked out into the backyard and used a ruler to show the 1.79" accumulation.
Johnson closed the video by saying he was praying for everyone's safety and reminded everyone that Spring is on the way.
"Just hang in there, everyone. Spring is coming. We just need to survive the next 76 days," said Johnson.
