Look what happened when this man did 20 push-ups every day for a month

Nashville, TN - Like many Americans, Jerry Parker spent the first two weeks of quarantine sitting at home watching Netflix. The new sedimentary lifestyle led to a five-pound weight gain in less than 14 days. That's when Parker decided to take his health into his own hands.

"I knew I had to do something. So, I decided that from April 1 to April 30, I was going to do 20 push-ups a day no matter what," Parker told reporters.

Helen Parker, Jerry's wife, says Jerry could barely do 3-4 at a time when he first started but after a couple of weeks he could knock out 20 push-ups in less than two minutes.

Now, Parker is turning to social media to show off his dramatic body transformation and inspire others to do the same.

"I just want anyone out there who is struggling with their weight or physical appearance to know that if I can do it, you can do it," Parker said.

Parker just released an e-book that will show people, step by step, how to succeed at their own 30-day push-up challenge. "Push-up Real Good" is available now on Amazon for $.99.
